Authors must ensure that their work:

  • Is conducted with honesty, integrity, and professional responsibility

  • Complies with all applicable legal and institutional regulations

  • Properly acknowledges all sources and references

  • Includes permissions for copyrighted or identifiable material

  • Reports any significant errors immediately after discovery

Maintaining ethical standards is fundamental to publication in this journal.

How your Manuscript is evaluated?

Every submission undergoes a structured peer review process. Manuscripts are assessed based on:

  • Originality and contribution to the field

  • Methodological rigor and research design

  • Clarity of objectives and research questions

  • Reliability of findings and strength of conclusions

  • Alignment with the journal’s aims and scope

Where necessary, authors may be asked to revise their manuscript to improve clarity, structure, or presentation.

Preparing your Manuscript

To ensure consistency and smooth processing, authors should follow these formatting standards:

Formatting essentials

  • A4 paper size with standard margins

  • Times New Roman, 12-point font

  • 1.5 line spacing

  • Centered tables and figures

  • APA referencing style

Standard structure

  • Clear and concise Title

  • Informative Abstract

  • Introduction (background & objectives)

  • Materials and Methods (replicable detail)

  • Results (objective presentation)

  • Discussion/Conclusion (interpretation and implications)

  • Properly labeled Tables and Figures

  • Complete and accurate References

Statistical methods must be appropriate and clearly explained.

Language Quality

Manuscripts must be written in professional academic English. Authors are responsible for language accuracy prior to submission. If required, professional editing may be recommended before peer review continues.

Authorship Policy

Authorship should reflect meaningful scholarly contribution.

Any request to modify authorship (addition, removal, or rearrangement) must include:

  • Written justification

  • Signed consent from all authors

In case of disagreement, editorial review will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

Editorial Decisions

After peer review, the Editor may issue one of the following decisions:

  • ✔ Accepted

  • ✔ Minor Revisions Required

  • ✔ Major Revisions Required

  • ✖ Rejected

The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.

All submissions are handled confidentially. Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the interpretation of their work.
