Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the International Journal for Research in Applied and Natural Sciences (IJRANS) undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review prior to any editorial decision. Each submission is evaluated by independent experts possessing appropriate subject expertise. The review process is conducted in alignment with the ethical standards and best practices recommended by the Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewer  and the policies of ARC Publishing, ensuring fairness, transparency, confidentiality, and the absence of conflicts of interest.

The journal considers only original research that has not been previously published, is not under consideration elsewhere, and does not violate any copyright or ethical standards. Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, citation manipulation, or any form of unethical research practice is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection or further action in accordance with established ethical guidelines.

Authors are expected to present their findings in a clear, accurate, and structured manner. As the primary purpose of scholarly publication is the transparent dissemination of scientific knowledge, manuscripts that are ambiguous, misleading, or lack clarity may be returned for revision or declined in order to preserve the quality and integrity of the academic record.

Review Procedure

  • Each manuscript is reviewed anonymously by qualified reviewers.

  • Reviewer comments are shared with the authors to facilitate constructive revision and improvement.

  • When submitting a revised manuscript, authors must provide a detailed response addressing each reviewer and editor comment, clearly outlining the changes made or justifying any recommendations not incorporated.

Based on reviewer evaluations and editorial assessment, one of the following decisions will be issued:

  • Accepted without revision

  • Accepted with minor revisions

  • Major revisions required (Subject to further review)

  • Rejected

All editorial decisions are formally communicated to the corresponding author by the editorial office.

Review Timeline

The editorial board strives to complete the peer review process efficiently while ensuring a thorough and unbiased evaluation. Under normal circumstances, the review process is completed within 6-7 weeks. Although timely processing is a priority, academic rigor and editorial independence are never compromised to meet deadlines.
